MATADOR MUAY THAI RETENTION REPORT

The real story: Active members went from 90 to 92. In: 3 new members (James Escalante and Sakae Escalante in kids classes, and Harrison Hutter), plus Erick and Riad back from freezes. Out: Amy and Alonso cancelled ($400), and Fides Daya froze after just 1 month ($180). Revenue is up $160 to $15,470/mo, mostly from plan upgrades (Paola and Karanveer moved to Unlimited, Nathan to Kids Unlimited) and Donnavyn's plan finally being attached. Flagged revenue is $4,610/mo. The Urgent list hasn't changed in 3 weeks: May Cho, parpinya phongpatum, Christopher Cadet (90 days, still billed), Denis Carchi and Kevin Campoverde.

Excluded from risk screening: Michael Rosas ALUMNO DE ERIC (Muay Thai Adults Unlimited, $200/mo). Trains privately, off the group class schedule. Still counted in Active Members and confirmed revenue. He paid again Oct 6, and his last recorded class is still Apr 30. Worth one quick confirm with Eric.

The list got shorter, but deeper. 29 flagged (was 30), but High went from 12 to 19. Most of the drop came from people leaving or freezing, not coming back. Arileidy and Daniel (Amy's kids) are at 35 days, $400/mo. With both parents gone, they're next unless someone calls. Sandhya and Nyima are at 32 days after 1 class each. Daniel Pina pays $200 for Unlimited and has trained once since signing on Sep 28. Michael and Cesar haven't come since Sep 19. Back this week: Tenzin Tashi.

Frozen went from 34 to 33. Out: Erick and Riad came back. In: Fides Daya froze. She joined Sep 21, trained 5 times, and last came Oct 5. A 1-month member freezing is a warning sign, and there's no log entry saying why. Call her. Josayath Hernandez is still frozen and still training (Oct 19). Hermenegildo Ordandez still needs a freeze end date.

2 new cancels: Amy Hernandez and Alonso Guzman (Oct 14). They joined together on Aug 25 by referral, signed the same day on Unlimited, and trained just twice, both on Aug 27. They were flagged in every report since Sep 21. No reason is logged. The pattern across all 24: 12 are kids, and 17 left in their first 5 months.

The log went quiet again. No entries since Oct 7. This week had 5 status changes: 2 cancels, 1 freeze and 2 returns from freeze. 0 were logged. Erick's entry shows why it matters: Mayra wrote down his plan to come back, and he came back. Amy and Alonso left with no record of why.

Amy's family was Action 1 for three weeks, and the parents left. Don't let the kids follow. This week, every action is a call, and every call gets one line in the log.
